Terms and Conditions

Once a booking has been agreed by whatever means, including email, text, phone, video call or face to face, a contract has been entered into for that booking.

Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for freelancers establish the framework for the working relationship between the freelancer and their clients. These guidelines typically include important details such as payment terms, project deadlines, and the of work to performed. T&Cs also outline the rights and responsibilities of both stakeholders, covering issues like intellectual property, confidentiality, and dispute resolution. By agreeing these terms, freelancers and clients ensure a clear understanding of expectations, promoting a smooth and professional collaboration. Please see some key points from my T&Cs highlighted below
